We want you to love your crate! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Personalized items and perishable goods cannot be returned.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days, and overnight shipping delivers the next business day. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
